What I Can Offer Students
I strive to create a learning environment that students feel safe in and enjoy. I make sure they are exposed to a variety of styles and instruments in the flute family as well as healthy playing techniques. But I try not to only have students become great flute players but develop great musicianship in general as well as life skills. That way they can feel confident both on stage and off.

Music is a vital part of life and any education. Making music provides an essential outlet for creative expression in real-time that cannot be found in any other art form, and therefore, every person should have the chance to learn and develop their innate music-making abilities. This opportunity is what I strive to provide for my students.
