When you go flute shopping, there are SO MANY options out there! How do you even know where to begin? And if you do find a flute that fits your needs, how do you take care of it so that it lasts long enough to have made the purchase worth your money?

This free course will walk you through the process of finding an instrument so that you feel confident that you are getting the instrument that you need. And you will learn about possible accessories that you might require as well as how to take care of your flute so that it always keeps playing as well as when it was new.

There are three sections to this course:

-In section one, you will learn about the standard features of the flute, different kinds of beginner instruments so you can find the right instrument for your age or needs for physical accommodations, and purchasing options when selecting your first flute.

-Then in section two, you will learn about the many possible choices and upgrades you can have on either your first or next flute.

-And in the final section, you will learn what accessories you might want to have as well as best practices for keeping your flute playing its best.

This course also has a way for you to digitally take, save, and download notes as you go through the material!

If you complete the course, you will get a certificate as well as a badge and points to apply to future courses or classes! Completing the final quiz will also earn you a badge and points.
